Arabianranta in stereo

May 12, 2011

We continue covering capital area with quality stereo photos. This time it is Arabianranta and Vanhakaupunki. Two very beautiful Helsinki areas, located just up from the city center. You can easily get there by tram number 8 from Salmisaari, or number 6 from Rautatientori. Arabianranta is a fresh looking place with lots of construction going on. It is situated just on the shore of the Helsinki bay. This was the origin where the city started, and it still a nice place to visit.

We started from the Arabiankatu, moving then to the sea shore. We walked to the waterfall and the old bridge. After that we walked Hämeentie all the way to the Kumpula botanic garden.

All photos are available in full color side-by-side and black/white anaglyph.

Or you can enjoy the anaglyph versions right here. You will need red/cyan 3d glasses.
